Unsuccessful Delivery

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns in new condition, with original tags attached.


Please make sure that you check out all the information and quality carefully.  
All mistakes recognized 5 hours after QC cannot be changed or returned.


* It is impossible to stop your packages once the products are shipped. If you still want to return or change, you are responsible for the shipping fee ( both shipping ways)So please be careful when you are placing an order and purchase. 

* We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address and sizing. 

* We are not responsible for reshipment if your return package gets seized or destroyed.

* The delivery company and customs require your personal info sometimes , please contact our customer service or Local Post Office ASAP Always you can check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid. 




We do not issue refunds or accept returns for such purchases:

· Package is broken during shipping, but items are good.       

· Items are broken after using.        

· You received the items more than 3 days.         

· Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by us      

· Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including no damage, original tags, no wash, no try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris and all original packaging included.      



 

Return Steps:

· Contact with customer service to apply for returning (Must contact before returning).        

· Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.        

· Include all original packaging and accessories.        

· Must contact customers service for our address, and return with that address.
