1.How do I place an order online?

(1) Choose the products (the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc) you want to purchase, add the item to your cart. 

(2) Click the Checkout button. 

(3) Confirm your delivery information, make sure that your billing address matches the shipping address. Then you can proceed to checkout. 

(4) You can confirm you payment information and choose your payment method. Enter your redemption code if you have one. 

(5) Check the order information before submitting.You need to fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching. 

(6) Then you receive an email confirmation of the order.




2.Is it safe to use my credit card?

3. What are your payment terms?

PayPal is highly recommended when releasing your payment. Weston Union and TW remittances are also accepted.



4.Tracking Methods

It takes about 10-15 days to arrive at your door, besides, we will process the order within 2-3 days. We will ship your order via EMS or DHL. 5. What are your shipping rates?

The postage depends on the amount of orders. We will provide you tracking number via email or social platform when your products are shipped. We highly recommend that you should place your order at least 3 weeks before major holidays to allow sufficient time for delivery as possible.



6. Can I exchange or cancel an order?

When an order is placed on our site, we tend not to modify or cancel your order. The order will be processed automatically as soon as you click "check out". You can contact our customer service if you want to make any changes as soon as you want to modify. However, because of the foregoing, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed. 7.Return policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within one week. All items sent back to us must be in original condition: not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.You will pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee . If the parcel reached you, but you do not want to sign this and return the package to us, we will charge you 50% of the order amount as our fee. 



8. My credit card was declined, now what?

There are several reasons for a credit card transaction declined. The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card. In this case, try again with the correct billing address. Please note that we only accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB. We do not accept gift cards at this time. A simple typing error may also cause the transaction to be refused, including entering the number of wrong credit card, expiration date or incorrect CVN-code (the security number on the back of your card). If your credit is still not admitted that I have some suggestions: - Wait one day and try again - Make sure your card is not yet exceeded its limit of - Make sure your credit card has not expired - Make sure you typed the name correctly on the front of the card - Try a different credit card



9. How to get wholesale price?

If you buy more than 10 pieces together, we can offer you wholesale prices. And you should talk to our customer service. By the way, wholesale is only accepted via Western Union and TW remittances. The wholesale price depends on the quantity of your order.
